COMPANY INFORMATION
Skagit Valley Mortgage has been in operation since 1991. In January
1999, the company was purchased by two Skagit County resident's. Our
mission is to provide quality service to our customers.
We specialize in FHA, VA, Conventional, Construction Packages, Jumbo
Loans, Non-Conforming, Equity Lines, and Second Mortgages. Damaged
credit does not disqualify you at Skagit Valley Mortgage. We have an
on-line underwriting, which allows us to underwrite even after business
hours. Approvals come to us within an hour in most cases.
As part of the net branch system of Mann Mortgage, we are licensed in the states of Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Colorado & Washington.
